MATH TEAM: Love math and problem-solving? Join the Math Team! We meet every Tuesday from 3:10-3:55 in Room 218. All are welcome!
BEST BUDDIES: We have a meeting this Wednesday after school in the MURC. All are welcome! 
BEST BUDDIES: PUNT, PASS, KICK is Back for Homecoming Fun!! Join us on Memorial Field on 9/22  (in the evening) to have fun, eat pizza and earn spirit points!  Free with a West Nation Pass or Cash at the gate.  Look for signs around the building with more details.  
WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT CLUB: Women’s Empowerment Club is starting back up and will kick off the year with two meetings to attend–just choose one.  Wednesday, Sept 10 at 7:35 in room 419 OR Tuesday, Sept 16 at 2:25 in room 419.  Attend one to get information about the upcoming projects and fun being planned.  All are welcome!  
SCIENCE OLYMPIAD: Science Olympiad meetings will be Monday after school in room SC306 this year. We will be hosting the first meeting this Monday September 8th. Science Olympiad is a competitive science team with events that cover all areas of science. The season lasts most of the year with most competitions in the spring. New members and returning members are welcome to attend! 
INTERNET PRODUCTION CLUB: Are you interested in filming or producing live sporting events around West?  Or maybe calling play by play action?   Join Internet Production Club!  Our first meeting is Monday 9/15 at 3:10p in SC202.  See Mr Hendricksen for questions.  
SFS/ NAMI ON CAMPUS: Life is Worth Living Event: The Students for Students club wants to continue to highlight the importance of mental health and suicide prevention awareness at Glenbard West. Join us for our “Life Worth Living” event on September 17th and 18th during your collaboration hour in the library. SFS will be sponsoring an event with therapy dogs, bracelet making, and ribbons. You even have the chance to earn a service hour. See you there!
EDUCATORS RISING: Have you ever thought about being a teacher? If so, join Educators Rising and discover exciting opportunities, build leadership skills, and inspire future generations. SOCIAL STUDIES DEPARTMENT: Take part in democracy! During your lunch period, stop by the 2nd floor bridge to get registered to vote. Representatives from the League of Women Voters will be on hand to guide you through the process and answer any questions.

What to bring: Student ID, Driver’s license/State ID, Last four digits of your Social Security number

BOWLING TEAM: Attention all students:  The bowling team will hold a brief informational meeting right after school on Wednesday in room SC301.  Anyone interested in bowling should come and learn a little about the team.  All are welcome!  Hope to see you there.

SPANISH CLUB: ¡Hola Amigos!  Attention all students. Our first Spanish Club meeting is Wednesday, Sept. 17 BEFORE (7:40am) or AFTER SCHOOL (pick one) in room 309!  We will be discussing club officer nominations, homecoming participation, Greenies and other upcoming events!  Hope to see you there! INTERACT CLUB: Interact Club Meeting

We’re collecting birthday supplies to support our September project—please bring items if you can: cake mix, frosting, gift bags, wrapping paper, sprinkles, or candles.

BLACK STUDENT ASSOCIATION: Join us for games, food, and community building at our first Black Student Association’s meeting on Wednesday, September 17th. We will be in the Library from 3:15 pm to 4pm. Also, if you are looking to increase your leadership, please consider applying for a BSA executive board position.
