Post Prom Information

This year Glenbard West and West Nation are making every student’s prom experience an all-inclusive.  This year there will be one prom experience ticket that includes prom tickets, parent-sponsored Post-Prom tickets and a luxurious coach bus ride from Ackerman to prom and back to post prom.  This allows all students to experience all that prom has to offer and insures safety for all students.  

Our Student Council Junior Class board members, as well as a dedicated Prom Committee, have spent many hours planning to make this event special for all who attend. Listed below is pertinent information for parents and students to know about the dance, ticket sales, and the school’s behavior expectations while attending Prom.

  • Date: Saturday, April 27, 2019

  • All Student Bus Check in at Ackerman Sports Complex

  • Post-Prom Change of Clothes Check-in: 5:00 pm

  • Time: Busses will have a staggered release starting at 5:30 pm

  • Prom Location: The Meadows Club in Rolling Meadows (2950 Golf Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL)

  • Ticket Sales Schedule: Prom Experience tickets will only be sold during all lunch periods on The Bridge.

    • April 8 (ONLY): Discounted tickets & VIP seat selection ($75 per person/$150 per couple).

    • April 11-12: Full price tickets with VIP Seat Choice ($80 pp/$160 per couple)

      • There will be no ticket sales April 9th & 10th due to SAT testing.

    • April 15-18: Full price tickets ($80 pp/$160 per couple)

    • April 22-26: Post-Prom only ($20)  ($25 at the door)

  • Seating (each table has ten seats)

    • Students who purchase tickets on April 8th, 11th & 12th have the opportunity to choose where you sit during dinner service at Prom right when they buy.

Students who purchase tickets on April 15th-18th will have the opportunity to choose seating for dinner service at Prom after school on April 18.  The Prom Committee will run and manage this process.

Post Prom requires a waiver for participation. Please click HERE for the waiver. Print it, fill it out and bring it back when you buy your ticket.
