Transcripts The process for graduates to obtain a transcript is as follows: 1.  If you live in the area you may come into the guidance office Monday-Friday between 7am and 3pm, fill out the form and pay the $3 fee.  Transcripts for graduated students are pulled once a week and are typically processed within 7-10 days. 2.  If you need to mail the request in to us, it must include your name at the time of graduation, the month and year you graduated, your date of birth, a daytime telephone number, where you would like the transcript sent and $3 cash, check or money order.
