panel expand or collapseTranscript Request
The process for graduates to obtain a transcript is as follows:

1.  If you live in the area you may come into the School Counseling Office Monday-Friday between 7am and 3pm, fill out the form and pay the $3 fee (cash, check or money order).  Transcripts for graduated students are pulled once a week and are typically processed within 7-10 days.
2.  If you need to mail the request in to us, it must include your name at the time of graduation, the month and year you graduated, your date of birth, a daytime telephone number, where you would like the transcript sent and $3 (check or money order).

Senior final transcripts will be sent out to colleges by July 1.  Please note that colleges often take a couple of weeks to process these final transcripts. The final transcript will be sent according to the information you provided on your senior survey (filled out in Naviance at the end of the school year).

Current students in need of a transcript simply need to visit their School Counseling Office for assistance.
